The Breathing Project welcomes teachers of all traditions to rent available space for their classes. Please see Studio Rental for more information.

The classes that appear on our schedule are taught by member teachers, who have been invited to join our center. These teachers have all had significant training in the breath-centered, individualized approach that is inspired by the teachings of T.K.V. Desikachar and his father, T. Krishnamacharya.

You are also welcome to audit free of charge any single session of our advanced studies course. The classes take place on Wednesdays at 2 and 4 PM from October through June.
